Chair Nicky Chopak
Previously chair of the Chamber of Commerce, and now (volunteer) chair of the Bude Partnership, Nicky is a partner at Compass Consultants at Street Bude. In her introduction to the strategic plan in June 2008 Nicky wrote as follows:
We wish to increase the prosperity of the area and improve the quality of life of its citizens, but we are also eager to maintain and enhance the area's natural heritage. Having published the strategic plan, we have developed a mechanism to ensure its implementation. The responsibility for this lies with the 'Theme Groups' that have been set up and our public, voluntary and private sector partners. We are an inclusive organisation and new representatives are welcome.
